  Great View, Low Service business by bjorn

  The worst service in a resaurant in Rotterdam sofar. Personnel is not really interested in your well-being, and sometimes rude. The food is of mediocre quality and served luke-warm at ist best, and still relatively expensive. Great view, but not my favourite place to eat.
