Much like Assembly’s sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another.
Assembly’s menu consists of comforting tapas-styled shared plates featuring favorites from all over the world – from Southern Baby Back Pork Ribs (pictured) to Italy’s beloved Linguine Vongole or the Asian-inspired Slow Braised Pork Belly. The variety of meal choices is eclectic but also tremendously delicious.On the drinks side, a dizzying array of cocktails and other beverages are on offer. The stars of the beverage menu would be the sumptuous fruits cocktail that Privé Group venues are so well-known for.
